Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click the "Create Account" button on the login page. Fill in your details including a valid email address, choose a username and password, and submit the form. You will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.

How do I log in to the platform?

Go to the login page and enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Lost password?" link to reset it.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Click the "Lost password?" link on the login page. Enter your username or email address, and we will send you instructions on how to reset your password.

Courses & Learning

How do I enroll in a course?

Browse the course catalog, click on a course you are interested in, and follow the enrollment instructions. Some courses may require an enrollment key provided by your instructor.

Can I access courses on my mobile device?

Yes! Our platform is fully responsive and works on smartphones, tablets, and desktops. You can also download the Moodle app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

How do I track my progress in a course?

Each course has a progress tracking feature. You can view your completion status, grades, and activity progress from the course dashboard or the course home page.

How do I update my profile information?

Click on your profile picture or name in the top-right corner, select "Profile" from the dropdown menu, and then click "Edit profile" to update your information.

How do I change my password?

Log in to your account, go to your profile settings, and select "Change password." Enter your current password and your new password to update it.

My account is locked. What should I do?

If your account is locked due to multiple failed login attempts, please wait a few minutes and try again. You can also reset your password using the "Lost password?" link on the login page.
