Terms of Service

By accessing or using KDJ LMS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users, including students, instructors, administrators, and visitors.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform.
• Each user may maintain only one account unless otherwise authorized.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful educational purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Uploading or sharing harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization
• Interfering with the Platform's security features or operations
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes without written consent
• Engaging in plagiarism, cheating, or academic dishonesty
• Harassing, threatening, or bullying other users

Platform Content: All materials provided through the Platform, including software, design, text, and graphics, are owned by KDJ Lanka (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display it for the purpose of operating the Platform.

Course Materials: Course content created by instructors is the intellectual property of the respective instructors unless otherwise specified.

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Data & Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

KDJ LMS and KDJ Lanka (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, the Platform, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Data & Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
